Lasagna Recipe
This lasagna is hearty, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Perfect for a family dinner!
Ingredients
9 lasagna noodles
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 egg
3 cups marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is browned.
In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer 3 lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the meat mixture, and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layers, ending with noodles and marinara sauce on top.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
